Grand Oaks Nursing Center is conveniently located on M-37 in Baldwin. This 79 bed facility features secured outdoor patios as well as beautiful nature trails. Wildlife can be viewed from all rooms throughout the facility. While we are located in the rural community of Baldwin, our residents benefit from shopping trips, the symphony, baseball games, and other trips to the "big cities". Family and friends are encouraged to participate in scheduled recreational programs with their loved ones and visit anytime. In addition to the many scheduled activities, Grand Oaks also has an active pet therapy program.
