The Cove at Lake Woods is the Peplinski Group’s first Assisted Living Center and is conveniently located adjacent to Lake Woods Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. The Cove is a licensed Home for the Aged with a capacity for 80 residents.

The Cove offers private rooms with kitchenettes, many with balconies. The Cove serves breakfast to the residents in their rooms with dinner and supper served in the community dining room. Residents enjoy a library, computer room with internet access, green house, café, community living room, activity center, patio and a variety of leisure, cultural and religious activities offered daily.

The Cove is staffed 24 hours a day with nurses available if needed. We encourage our residents to remain as independent as possible, yet we are available to offer gentle, caring assistance. The Cove’s Resident Attendants are trained to assist with bathing, medications, and activities of daily living.

With the close proximity of Lake Woods Rehabilitation and Nursing Center and The Cove, we are able to offer a continuum of care that makes for a comfortable and easy transition when a resident needs rehabilitation or nursing services at Lake Woods or is ready for more independent living at The Cove. Lake Woods therapy staff is also available for in-home services to the residents of The Cove. The Cove and Lake Wood offer a wonderful option for couples who need different levels of care. They are able to remain close to each other, perhaps sharing meals and activities, yet receive the care and assistance each needs.
