Lake Woods Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is the newest addition to the Peplinski Group family of homes. It is a 90-bed skilled nursing facility conveniently located in Muskegon, Michigan and is easily accessed by US 31. We would like to be your facility of choice when looking for a short term rehabilitation stay or for long term care. Our caring staff will make it their priority to exceed you or your loved ones expectations.

For your short term rehabilitation stay Lake Woods Nursing and Rehabilitation Center offers spacious private rooms with flat screen televisions and air conditioning as well as plenty of space for family and friends to visit. Many of our cozy semi-private rooms offer air conditioning and views of our courtyards and manicured front lawns.

Our dedicated Rehabilitation Team of Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists, have over 50 years combined experience working with our community seniors. Their goal is to get residents back to their highest level of independence in the least amount of time.

Residents can also enjoy a wide variety of activities offered throughout the day and evenings, including weekends. Our energetic Activity Staff encourage residents to participate in community outings, special events as well as various daily activities. Family and friends are always welcome to join us.

We are currently the only facility in Muskegon with the overall rating of 5 stars for quality of care.
