Huron Woods earns CMS 5 star rating

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services recently launched it's "5 Star Quality rating System" for all nursing homes throughout the country.  Ratings are based on Overall Quality, Health Inspection, Quality Measures and staffing.  Only the top ten % of nursing homes in each state receive an overall rating of 5 on a scale of 1-5 and HWNC has an overall rating of 5.  The rating reflects our emphasis on high standards of professionalism, dependability and integrity to enhance the quality of life of our residents.
